According to many medical researches, practising Taichi is proven to be useful in treating and preventing a number of health problems e.g. mental stress, digestion problems, osteoporosis, insomnia, and even hair lose due to work pressure. Taichi strengthens one's immunity system and even mental health, bringing life-long benefits. We also teach a form of Qigong which only comprises of six simple styles. It promotes health by exercising one's internal organs. It is effective and easy to learn, no side effect, suitable for all ages.

本社傳授吳家太極拳,太極劍, 太極刀,太極槍及太極氣功。上課時間彈性高,容易配合個人需要。自設拳社,不受天氣影響。有30年教太極經驗,實用可靠。 This academy teaches genuine Wu-style Taichi, Taichi Blade, Taichi Sword, Taichi Pole and Taichi Qigong. We have flexible class schedule that can easily fit individual needs. We have our own indoors class venue as oppose to open area (e.g. park) which can be very punishing in harsh weather. Having 30 years of Taichi teaching experience, Lotus-Taichi Academy gives you rock-solid confidence.
